Terms of Service for TracEmail by CyFi Technologies LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TracEmail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth by CyFi Technologies ("the Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TracEmail is an email tool designed exclusively for internal business purposes. It facilitates outbound messaging to two or more recipients and does not support inbound messages, CC, or BCC functionalities. The Service currently supports sign-in through Microsoft Outlook accounts but can send emails to any service or domain that meets the specified requirements.

3. Intended Use

• Internal Communications: The Service is intended solely for internal business communications or for contacting customers involved in confidential business practices.
• Outbound Messaging Only: Users can only send emails; receiving emails and/or replies through the Service is not supported.
• Recipient Requirements: Emails must be sent to at least two recipients to utilize the Service.
• No Mention of Service: Emails sent via the Service should not include any mention of TracEmail or CyFi Technologies LLC.

4. User Obligations

• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Service for spam, marketing, promotions, or any unauthorized purposes.
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information transmitted through the Service.
• No Replication: You shall not replicate or attempt to replicate the technology and signature process of the Service, which is currently patent pending.

5. Account Registration

• Eligibility: Only authorized personnel within your organization may register for and use the Service.
